1. Let the group leader know if someone is going to absent from a meeting, or a meeting is canceled.
2. Missing a meeting is fine as long as the group leader is informed before hand, unless it becomes a habitual habit. After 3 back to back absences we will consult the group member. If no progress is made in the consultation, help from the teacher will be asked for.

o Personal confrontation will be how we meet with conflict. Unmet expectations will also be personal confrontation. Members that don’t participate enough, participate too much, or distract the group from its task will be met with to decide the appropriate action, if a decision cannot be met, the teacher will be consulted.
