2. Rules - 1. Never attend games "hindered" in anyway (obvious), 2. Never discourage kids, 3. Absolutely no foul language, 4. Show up early or on time, 5. Strive to be role models for kids, 6. Make sure the kids, who matter, are having fun, 7. Help other group members when help is needed.
3. Support each other by doing our jobs and being open to suggestions and others opinions.
4. To serve our agency best we must be flexible and easy to get a hold of. Also, let the agency know we're enjoying what we're doing.
5. Wants = A+
6. Pet Peeves = F-; people who don't give any effort
7. The bets way to deal with conflict is communication. If we're open to each other and respectful, we should be able to avoid confrontation.
8. We can all multi-task as long as one person isn't doing it all. Don't overdue yourself
