Group Charter

1. Be on time.
2. You can't miss more than two meetings.
3. Schedule meetings four days in advance.
4. Contribute ideas - do your work.
5. Be enthusiastic.
6. Be patient with and around the kids.
7. Have fun.
8. Make an effort to get to know the kids.
9. Dress appropriately.
10. Divide work evenly.

*We can best support each other by offering constructive criticism and positive feedback. (Listen to everyone's ideas.)
*Listen to what the community partner has to say and plan accordingly. (Pay attention to their wants and needs.)
*We want to help the kids have fun.
*Pet peeves: People showing up really late or not showing up at all. People not doing their work.
*Confront the person in a civil matter. If that doesn't work get Ms. West-Puckett to mediate.
*Finish one task before you start another.
