Children’s Dreams Ground Rules 1. Call ahead of time if you can’t make a meeting with a valid excuse. 2. Be prepared for all meetings and volunteer hours. 3. Put your best effort forth. Take an active role in your group. 4. No call, no show twice in a row, you are out!! 5. Be on time for all group meetings and activities. We can best support each other through clear communication, constructive criticism, and respecting each other opinions. We best support our agency by being on time, having a positive attitude, and dressing appropriately for your agency. We want to be able to have a positive impact on our agency and the people we are serving. Our pet peeves are attitudes, having a negative outlook, and a lack of responsibility. If we have conflict issues, we will discuss everyone’s opinion and come to a compromise. The way we deal with members who don’t participate enough, too much, or are a distraction is by having a one on one conversation with that individual. We will distribute work evenly between the group. Picasso Team Captain: Vardina Harrington Reap Team Captain: Sarah Hara Whitfield Team Captain: Jaleesa Johnson We will be meeting in the library every other Sunday at 7:15. We will be contacting each other by phone and e-mail. Whitfield will be meeting with their community partner Friday February 8, 2008 at 3:00pm. Reap will be meeting with their community partner Thursday February 7, 2008.
