If you haven't already, please complete Box 1 & 2 from Fieldworking in your daybook. We will start out class tomorrow by sharing your responses to the Box 2 exercise. Remember to make the familiar seem unfamiliar and hone that outsider perspective. Your flash essay may be serious or it may be a parody like on personal hygeiene like "Nacirema".

Also, bring your favorite newspaper to class tomorrow. There are boxes outside of the Bate building for the US Today, The Daily Reflector, and The New York Times; they are free to students with a swipe of your OneCard. We will be completing Box 3 in class tomorrow in small groups.

Follow-up with your community partners to set up a meeting as soon as possible. Don't forget to take the S-L Project Contract with you and get the needed signatures.
