SECONDARY RESEARCH: Read Chapter 5 in the Bedford Researcher. Use page77 to help you Identifykeywords in your research question and on your proposal, circle or box those keywords in the question as shown in the green box. Bring to class.

Using Chapter 5 as a guide, complete a keyword search using a web search engine, a meta search site, a news search site, a reference search site, and a deep search site to find at least one relevant web resource. In your daybook, record your experience using each. Then, using the Bedford Bibliographer (www.bedfordresearcher.com), cite the web source you think is most relevant as well as the one you found in class on Monday. Annotate both sources by summarizing the main idea and key points. Describe how each source impacts your research question and/or tentative thesis. You will add in the evaluations of each source after reading Chapter 9.

PRIMARY RESEARCH: Continue your fieldworking with observations and interviews (based on FW, Chapter 5) at your service-learning site. When you've completed your interview(s), add it to the Bedford Bibliographer as a source for your research.
