Group Rules:

How will we support each other?
Keep in contact with each other during the semester and keep the entire group updated. Be sure to apply ourselves and be sure that everyone has transportation to and from the agency. Communicate well with each other.
How can we best serve our agency?
We should always be on time, dressed appropriately, and be professional throughout the semester.
Wants?
Serve the community, have a fun experience
Pet Peeves?
Don’t be late and show up when you’re supposed to.
Dealing with conflict?
Confront each other as conflicts come up and solve them in a nonviolent way!
Multi-Tasking:
Make the best use of your time throughout the semester and prioritize.
Making decisions:
Come up ideas individually and as a group and compromise to make the best decision.

How often will we meet, when, and where?
We will meet at least three times a week with each other before/during/after class.
How will we contact each other?

Availability:
Rachel: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am-3:00 pm
Ashley B: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays after 11:00 am
Ashley G: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays after 1:00 pm
Kenneisha: Mondays and Wednesdays 12:00 pm-4:00 pm; Fridays: Anytime after 12:00 pm
Skills? Experieince?
We all know how to read. Good communication skills. Kenneisha has worked as a mentor. Ashley G. was a teacher’s assistant for an afterschool/summer camp program. Rachel has been a substitute teacher and a tutor for special education. Ashley B. has customer service skills.
