Punishments-
First offence you’ll get a verbal warning.
Second offence a letter grade lower on final evaluation
Third offence out of the group

Meet when necessary
Go to Red Oak together when possible but if not go on own and then collaborate
Meetings will be held at the decided locations when necessary

We are currently having problems coordinating a meeting. Our leader has not been to class and has not sent any recent emails and therefore the rest of us (Bekah, Jenna, and Rhett) are stuck in a rut. We have decided to wait until this next monday class meeting for him to show up and if not we will reorganize our plans and immediately begin to initiate a contract with Red Oak and get things moving.
