3. Unorganized
4. Talkative
How to deal with conflicts?
1. Talk it out in a non-violent way.
Unmet expectations? Non-participation?
1. That member would not get the credit for not doing their work
2. Will conference to solve whatever the problem is that is causing for the non-participation, stress or distraction.
Rules of multi-tasking
1. “Don’t bite more than what you can chew”. Take it one step at a time.
2. Ask for help if you feel overwhelmed with the tasks you were given.
Decision Making
1. Decide the pros and cons of each decision and decide which is more beneficial.

1. Conferences held every day in the afternoon (since the convenience of living next to teammate)
