4.We can best serve our agency by doing our job well and having a positive attitude.

6.Pet Peeves: Not doing what you are supposed to do.
7.We will deal with conflict and unmet expectations by having group discussions and working things out together.Members who don't participate enough will be given a warning. If showing no progress then will be kicked out the group.If they are participating too much then thumbs up. No one will be distracting the group from its' task. We all know what we are to do.
8. Multi-tasking: Make sure you are capable of doing everything your trying to do at one time.
9.We will make group decisions by voting or just discussing the situation until we all come to a mutual agreement.

11.We will meet in Aycock or Tyler whenever we feel we need to meet.
12.Contact: We will call each other
13.We can meet with the community partner whenever everyone is available at the same time.
14.We all can do what is asked of us.
