5. Talking on the phone when everyone else is working.
Conflict, Unmet Expectations, Participation, and Distractions
1. Making rules.
2. Listen and then address the problem repectfully
3. Talk it out.
4. Tell someone if we think they are not doing enough.
5. When people don't want to participate, give more choices or help them find something in the project that they are interested in.
6. If all else fails.....
7. Not being a distraction helps not to distract...
Multi-Tasking
1. If you can not handle the work load then do not commit to it.
2. If you do commit to it, then you better accomplish the goal
