As a group, we have decided to makes plans to meet each week whenever it is best for the whole group. As a group we will collaborate before making any decisions and talk them out since it relates to everyone in the group. If someone is not able to make it to a meeting, it is required that they call the other members and arrange to meet at another time to make up what they missed. We have decided that if someone is not participating, we will handle it as a group and come up with the proper action at that time. We do not think that this will be an issue. Our meeting times can be from 12-1 MWF and 1:30-3 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Also, we are both free on nights and some weekends. The captain of our group is Dave and he will be responsible for the e-mails sent to the organization director. We hope that this will be a pleasant experience for everyone involved.
